Every licence your
business needs, filed right.

From your first PAN and GST registration through to the Udyam certificate, we handle the paperwork, the portals and the follow-ups — so you can get back to running the business.

Overview

Setting up is rarely difficult in itself. What makes it painful is the number of separate departments involved, each with its own portal, its own document list and its own way of raising a query three weeks after you assumed the matter was closed.

We take the whole sequence: deciding what actually applies to your business, preparing the documents properly the first time, filing through the correct portal, and chasing the queries until the certificate is in your hands.

The structure you choose at the outset — proprietorship, partnership, LLP or company — affects your tax position, your compliance burden and your ability to raise funds for years afterwards. That conversation is worth having before the first form is filed, not after.

The registry

Registrations we handle.

Pick what you need, or tell us what the business does and we will tell you what applies.

FORM · CIN / MOA-AOA

Company incorporation

Private limited, public limited or one person company — name approval, MoA and AoA drafting, DIN and DSC, and filing with the Registrar of Companies, end to end.

FORM · LLP / FiLLiP

LLP incorporation

A Limited Liability Partnership carries the liability protection of a company with the flexibility of a partnership. We draft the LLP agreement and file with the MCA.

FORM · PARTNERSHIP / DEED

Partnership firm & consultancy

From drafting the deed to registration and structuring advice — capital contribution, profit sharing and roles set out clearly before anyone signs.

FORM · GST REG-01

GST registration

Mandatory once turnover crosses the threshold, and immediately for e-commerce sellers and inter-state suppliers. We handle document preparation, ARN tracking and the departmental query that usually follows.

FORM · 49A

PAN registration

The foundational identifier for every company, LLP, firm or trust — needed to open a bank account, file returns or register for GST. We apply and track it through to the card.

FORM · 49B

TAN registration

Required before you deduct tax on salary, rent or contractor payments. We obtain the number before your first deduction falls due.

FORM · UDYAM

Udyam registration (MSME)

Registers the business as a micro, small or medium enterprise — opening access to government schemes, collateral-free lending, subsidies and protection against delayed payment.

FORM · IEC-10

Import Export Code

Issued by the DGFT and mandatory before importing or exporting goods and services from India. A one-time registration with no periodic renewal.

FORM · FSSAI / FBO

FSSAI licence

For anyone who manufactures, packages, stores or sells food — from a home kitchen to a production unit. We establish whether basic, state or central registration applies to your turnover and scale.

FORM · S&E / STATE

Shop & establishment licence

Required for any shop, office or commercial establishment with staff on the payroll. Registers the workplace with the state labour department, covering hours, wages and holidays.

FORM · FIRMS & SOCIETIES ACT

Registration of firms & societies

Registration of a partnership firm with the Registrar of Firms, or a society under the state Societies Registration Act — giving it standing to sue, hold property and enforce agreements.

FORM · LEI-20

Legal Entity Identifier

A global reference code for entities in financial transactions, increasingly required by the RBI for large-value transfers, borrowings and derivatives above prescribed thresholds.

How it works

From first call to
certificate in hand.

The same four stages for every registration — only the paperwork changes.

01

Consultation

We look at what the business actually does and tell you which licences apply — and, just as usefully, which do not.

02

Documentation

Every form and supporting document is prepared and checked before it goes anywhere near a portal.

03

Filing

We submit through the correct government portal and track it, answering departmental queries so you do not have to.

04

Handover

The certificate reaches you with plain notes on what it commits you to, when it renews and what comes next.

One point of contact

A single person tracking every filing

Across every department, so nothing falls between two of them.

No wasted trips

Handled remotely where possible

Over call and email. You sign where a signature is genuinely required; we handle the rest.

Renewals tracked

Flagged before they fall due

Licence renewals and periodic compliances go into our compliance calendar, not your memory.

Common questions

Answers before you ask.

Company, LLP or proprietorship — which should I choose?

It depends on who is investing, what liability you are exposed to, how you intend to raise funds and how much annual compliance you are willing to carry. A proprietorship is simplest and cheapest to run but offers no separation of liability; a company carries the highest compliance burden but is the only structure most investors and many lenders will fund. An LLP sits between the two. This is a half-hour conversation that saves a restructuring later.

How long does incorporation take?

Where documents are complete and the proposed name is available, a company or LLP is usually a matter of days rather than weeks. Delay almost always comes from name rejection or a document that does not match across proofs, both of which we check before filing. We give you a realistic timeline at the consultation rather than an optimistic one.

Do I need GST registration straight away?

Not always. It becomes mandatory on crossing the turnover threshold applicable to your state and supply type, and immediately for inter-state suppliers and most e-commerce sellers. Registering voluntarily can be worthwhile where your customers want the credit, but it brings monthly filing obligations from that day forward — so it is a decision, not a formality.

What happens after the certificate arrives?

A new entity starts accumulating obligations immediately — a bank account, books, TDS if you are paying salary or contractors, GST returns if registered, and annual filings with the MCA. We set those out on handover, and clients who continue with us have them scheduled in our compliance calendar so the first year does not produce a surprise penalty.
