What we collect through this website, and what we do with it.
What we collect
We collect only what you submit through the enquiry and application forms: your name, email address, phone number, business name, the service you are interested in and the message you write. The server also records the date, time and originating IP address of a submission, which we use to prevent abuse of the form.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry or application. We do not sell, rent or share your details with any third party for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your asking.
Calculators and tools
Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are never transmitted to our server and are not stored anywhere once you close the page.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If web analytics are enabled in future, we will use them only in aggregate form to understand which pages are useful, and this page will be updated to say so.
Client confidentiality
Information you share with us in the course of a professional engagement is governed by the confidentiality obligations imposed on Chartered Accountants under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and the ICAI Code of Ethics — a stricter standard than this policy.
Retention and access
Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of correspondence. Write to us at kasatv@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have an enquiry record deleted.
